接地安全是事关设备和人身安全。依据国家规范标准讨论了接地的安全性,给出了一种接地电阻测量、计算的简便实用方法以及高阻土壤、浅岩层地域降阻的新方法,详细地介绍了接地阻抗改变的监测的方法,特别是安全接地电阻和电流互感器接地开路高压的监测与警告。
Grounding safety is related with security of the equipments and the bodies. According to national normative criterion, the security of the grounding is discussed, gives a new method of grounding-resistance measurement and the convenient practical calculation methods and high-resistance soil,shallow terrane area resistance-reduction, gives a detailed introduction about monitoring of grounding-resistance transformation, especially about monitoring and warning about security grounding resistance and grounding open-circuit voltage of current mutual inductor.
