摘要
对DSP器件的老练原理进行了介绍,包括老练方式的选择、老练程序功能以及老练信号加载方式,同时重点讨论了如何在老练过程中对信号进行测试,对几种常见的测试方法进行了比较。最后对老练中的信号处理进行了探讨。
The aging theory of DSP unit, including the aging method selection, the aging procedure function and the aging signal loading method was introduced. On the same time, how to test the signals during aging, and compare several common test methods were also paid more attention on. Finally the signal processing during aging was discussed.
