干细胞与基因治疗在缺血性心脏病中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,国内外均已有干细胞植入缺血心肌增加局部血液供应和分化为心肌细胞增加收缩力的报道,干细胞与基因治疗的结合,其功能主要为修饰干细胞的潜能;改善器官的性能;加快组织重建,为缺血性心脏病的治疗带来新的希望。
