泛素-蛋白酶体系统与动脉粥样硬化性疾病的发生 被引量:3

摘要 泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiqutin proteasome system,UPS)广泛存在于真核细胞中,在维持细胞的生理功能方面,UPS起着非常重要的作用。它除了降解损伤的蛋白质,还与炎症、增殖和细胞凋亡相关,其在动脉粥样硬化性疾病中的作用涉及了动脉粥样硬化斑块发展的各个阶段。本文综述了UPS与动脉粥样硬化的关系以及蛋白酶体抑制剂在动脉粥样硬化疾病中的治疗前景。
