易化PCI治疗急性心肌梗死的研究

摘要 对无条件行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的医院,首选的再灌注策略是迅速将急性心肌梗死患者转运至介入中心,但是直接PCI的获益可能由于转运延迟而减少。易化PCI是对急性心肌梗死患者立即给予药物再灌注后尽快行转运PCI的联合再灌注治疗新策略。
