药物洗脱支架时代冠心病介入治疗策略的思考

摘要
药物洗脱支架（drug-eluting stent，DES）的出现拓宽了经皮腔内冠状动脉介入术（PCI）的适应证，使很多原本只能进行搭桥手术的患者也可以采用PCI治疗，对冠心病的治疗策略产生了深远影响。
