采用正交试验设计,以Na2SiO3·H2O为原料,经酸化后加入丙烯酸进行有机化处理获得活性含硅中间体,并通过乳液聚合得到PMMA-SiO2杂化材料(乳液),经预处理在保证天然胶乳(NRL)体系稳定的情况下,加入NRL中制备PMMA-SiO2杂化材料(乳液)改性NRL。结果表明,PMMA-SiO2杂化材料改性天然胶乳硫化胶膜的力学性能明显提高,在较适宜的反应条件下(甲基丙烯酸甲酯/活性含硅中间体的体积之比为2∶1,丙烯酸15mL,水解时间120min,温度100℃),预测所得PMMA-SiO2杂化材料改性天然胶乳硫化胶膜的拉伸强度为26.33MPa。
An orthodox experiment was designed to prepare natural rubber latex modified by PMMA/SiO2 OIHMs. The activated silicon alcohol intermediate solution was prepared by using Na2SiO3, H2O as raw material, which was organic treated by acrylic acid after acidified. The PMMA-SiO2 OIHMs was synthesized by emulsion polymerization, pretreated and added into the natural rubber latex for preparation of the PMMA/SiO2 OIHMs modified natural rubber latex. The colloid properties and the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanized latex film modified by PMMA-SiO2 OIHMs were analysed. The orthodox experiment analysis showed that the mechanical and anti-aging properties of the vulcanized latex film of the natural rubber latex modified by PMMA-SiO2 OHMs were improved obviously and that the optimum preparation condition was: the volume ratio of MMA and silicon alcohol intermediate solution 2:1, the volume of acrylic acid 20 ml, hydrolysing time 120 min, and polymerising temperature 100℃. The optimum tensile strength of the natural rubber latex film modified by PMMA-SiO2 OHMs was predicted to be about 26.33 MPa under the optimal preparation condition.
