胰岛素样生长因子2与血管瘤增殖关系的研究

摘要 目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子2(insu lin-like grow th factor-2,IGF-2)与血管瘤增殖、退化之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组组织化学SP法检测40例血管瘤、15例血管畸形和5例正常皮肤标本中IGF-2及增殖细胞核抗原PCNA的表达情况。结果:血管瘤组的IGF-2和PCNA表达均高于血管畸形组及正常皮肤组(P<0.01);血管瘤组中增生期亚组两标记阳性率均高于退化期亚组(P<0.01);血管瘤组中IGF-2与PCNA蛋白表达之间的相关系数为0.632(P<0.01)。结论:IGF-2在血管瘤内皮细胞增殖的调节中起着重要的作用。
