摘要
以信息和信息技术广泛应用为核心的农业信息化是现代农业的重要特征,具有极强的渗透和带动作用。西藏县域是以农牧业为主体的、自身积累能力不足、发展缓慢的西部边疆落后地区。研究和发展西藏县域经济,提升县域经济的竞争力,对缩小与发达地区及西部兄弟省市的差距,实现国民经济的持续、健康、快速发展至关重要,通过信息化促进西藏县域经济发展是解决“三农”问题、城乡统筹发展的必然选择。
Agricultural informationization,the important feature of the modern agriculture,has powerful pormeated and driven effect and it＇s core is the wide use of information and information technology.The counties of Tibet are agriculture and livestock-based,inadequate self-accumulated ability,slowly developed backward areas of western border.The study and development of county economy in Tibet and increasing it＇s competition force is very important to narrow the gap between Tibet and developed area and the other westward province or cities.It is also very important to realize the sustainable,healthy and speedy development of national economy.To promote the development of Tibet＇s county economy via informationization is the inevitable choice to solve the problems relating to farmers,countryside and agriculture and the integration development in urban and rural area.
