摘要
本试验应用火鸡疱疹病毒（ＨＶＴ）疫苗对孵化至１８日龄的鸡胚进行胚胎免疫注射，胚胎免疫后出壳雏鸡淋巴脏器的组织学、组织化学和超微结构显示，１８日龄胚胎免疫鸡对淋巴器官的早期发育具有明显的免疫促进作用；马立克氏病胚胎免疫是以细胞免疫为主，同时有体液免疫和巨噬细胞积极参与的联合免疫。另外，本试验对鸡胚淋巴器官的组织发育进行了较详细的描述。
This experiment,using HVT vaccine to inject into 18 days chicken embrio for getting seminal immunity,showed that the development of lymph organ in early stage of the chicken of 18 days embyio immunity appeared an obvious hestening effect from histology,histological chemistry,and ultramicroscopic structure of lymph organ of encubated chicken.The seminal immunity of MD takes the cell immunity as the main one as well as the conbined immunity of humour immunity which the macrophage actively participated in.In addition,this experiment described the development of lymph organ orgnization in detail.
