惠州天然气发电厂变频启动调速过程及特点探讨 被引量:2

摘要 惠州天然气发电厂一期3×390 MW单轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组,其燃气轮机在启动、高盘冷却、水洗等过程中,驱动力矩由同步发电机作为同步电动机运行来提供,通过静态变频器实现对发电机转速的调节。燃机变频启动过程中,经历了升速、清扫、降速、点火、升速、停止各阶段。为避免SFC整流器与逆变器之间发生接地故障时,中性点接地变压器遭受直流故障电流而损坏,启动过程中,发电机中性点接地变压器的断路器应在断开位置。 For 3 × 390 MW single -shaft gas- steam combined circulating units in Huizhou Natural Gas Power Plant, phase Ⅰ, the driving moment of the gas - steam turbine during start - up, cooling and flushing is provided by the synchronized generator operating as a synchronized motor to realize the regulation of generator rotary speed. In the process of variable frequency start - up the turbine experienced the different stages of speed rise, cleaning, speed reduction, ignition, speed increase and stop. To avoid the ground failure occurring between the SFC rectifier and inverter and damage to the neutral - grounded transformer due to the DC failure the circuit breaker of the neutral - grounded transformer for the generator should be placed at "off" position during the start - up of the generator.
