摘要
在总结资产评估有关理论和实践的基础上,通过对森林资产评估基本要素的理论的对比分析,探讨了我国森林资产评估的特点和存在的问题,旨在为森林资产评估理论与实践提供一些参考。
Based on summarizing the theory and some practice experiences of forest asset assessment, analyzing the basic factors of the forest asset assessment theory, the characteristics and current problems existed in China＇s forest asset assessment were discussed. It was expected to give some references to forest asset assessment theory and practice.
