摘要
目的：探讨心血管药物的使用状况.方法：对我院2003年～2005年心血管药物的用药品种、用药金额、用药频度等进行统计分析.结果：我院心血管用药呈稳定上升趋势,中成药的销售金额一直居前.而降压药中钙通道阻滞剂（CCB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）的用药频度领先.结论：心血管药物分类复杂、种类繁多,应掌握用药适应证,注意合理用药.
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of cardiovascular drugs. METHODS： The variety, amount of money of drug use and DDDs of cardiovascular drugs used in our hospital during the period 2003 - 2005 were made a statistical analysis. RESULTS： The quantity of cardiovascular drugs used in our hospital rose stably, marketing amount of money of Chinese patent medicine was constantly high. Of hypotensive drugs, DDDs of calcium antagonist drugs, ACEI and ARB ranked first. CONCI,USION： The categories of cardiovascular drugs arc complicated and various, so doctors must know well of the indications, and use the drugs rationally.
