摘要
目的：评价非甾体抗炎药的应用现状及趋势.方法：对我院2002年～2004年非甾体抗炎药类药物的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、药品限定日费用等进行统计分析.结果：非甾体抗炎药销售金额和用药频度逐年增长,年增长率分别为23.72%、23.07%;药品限定日费用逐年下降,平均DDDc值均在5元左右.结论：应着力开发不良应少的NASID新制剂,对现有的NASID应加强不良反应监测.
OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the current situation and the trend of NASID （non - steroidal antiinflammatory drugs）. METHODS：Marketing amount of money, DDDs and defined daily cost of NASIDs during the period 2002 - 2004 were made a statistical analysis. RESULTS： Marketing amount of money and DDDs of NASIDs increased with years, annual incremental rate was 23.72 % and 23.07 % respectively. While defined daily cost of NASIDs decreased with years, average cost of DDDc was about 5 yuan. CONCLUSION： Efforts should be made to develop new preparation of NASIDs with less adverse reactions. Monitoring of ADR of current NASIDs should be emphasized.
