组织激肽释放酶的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 组织激肽释放酶为一类性质相似的化合物,可由肝脏、胰脏、脑神经等合成。人类多种疾病与激肽释放酶基因表达相关,该基因是高血压基因治疗研究的首选靶点。本文综述了激肽释放酶基因与疾病的相关性以及该基因重组载体的构建和表达等研究进展。
