免疫化疗对肾癌根治术后的远期疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨免疫化疗在肾癌根治术后的远期疗效。方法将50名经手术和病理证实为肾透明细胞癌的患者随机分成2组,化疗组25名,肾癌根治术后应用白细胞介素2、干扰素和5氟尿嘧啶治疗;对照组25名,行单纯肾癌根治术。比较2组术后生存率。结果观察1年,2组间生存率差异无显著意义(P>0.05),而3年及5年化疗组生存率分别为92.0%和84.0%,明显高于对照组(分别为68.0%和48.0%),差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。化疗组患者未发生严重副反应,药物治疗耐受性良好。结论肾癌术后免疫化疗可提高生存率。
