摘要
新中国成立以来,我国统计工作从建立到撤销,从解散到恢复,从复苏到发展,历经挫折与兴衰。由此,我国统计工作所应具备的职能也不可避免地经历了检验、变革和发展的过程。认真审视和深层思考我国统计职能的理论体系和实践意义,是推进我国统计现代化进程的一项有重大意义的战略研究和政策抉择。
The article holds that the due function of China's statistieal work has inevitably experienced the process of inspection, change and expansion. It is a significant strategic study and a policy choice for promoting the course of modernization of China's statistical work to earnestly review and deeply consider the theoretical system and practical significance of the function of China's statistical work.
