以巯基甲酸乙酯与氯乙腈为起始原料,经过缩合、水解、精制等步骤,合成了头孢美唑的重要中间体——2-(氰基甲硫基)乙酸,还将该产品制备成钾盐、钠盐和酰氯。2-(氰基甲硫基)乙酸的总收率达到50%。
Using ethyl mercaptoformatc and chloroacetonitrile as raw materials, the 2-cyanomethyhhioacetic acid, an important intermediate of Cefmetazole, was synthesized through condensation, hydrolysis and purification, its potassium salt, sodium salt and acyl chloride were also synthesized. The total yield of 2-cyanomethyhhioacetic acid was reached up to 50%.
