摘要
目的了解太原市中学生牙周病的发病情况,以便为在中学生中开展口腔健康教育课程提供依据。方法对太原市3 132名中学生进行口腔健康状况普查。结果男生牙龈出血率、牙龈出血区段数、牙结石检出率、牙结石检出区段数明显高于女生,牙龈出血率、牙龈出血区段数、牙结石检出率、牙结石检出区段数随着年级的升高而增加。男生牙周病患病明显高于女生。牙周病患病率随着年级升高而增加。结论当今中学生的口腔卫生知识还很贫乏,仍有许多不利于口腔健康的习惯,因此,应在中学生中开展多种形式的口腔健康教育,掌握更多的口腔卫生知识,养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,以利于其健康成长。
Objective To investigate the conditions of periodontal diseases among high school students in Taiyuan of China so that evidence could be provided to conduct oral health education for high school students. Methods General examination of oral health status among 3 132 high school students was carried out. Results There were significant differences between boys and girls in prevalence rate of periodontal diseases, which were increased with ages. Conclusion These students are lack of oral health knowledge, and they also have many unhealthy habits which will not be good for oral health. Therefore, different kinds of oral health education should be developed to provide for students so that they can be equipped with much more oral health knowledge and develop good healthy habits, which will be beneficial to their physical development.
