摘要
文章分析了目前的灌区老化评估体系，提出了灌区老化和灌区工程损坏程度两种评估指标体系的框架和评估模式。首次提出灌区的灌溉技术和管理技术落后也属于灌区老化的范畴，并提出按灌溉面积和建筑物级别进行评估的概念。
The current evaluation system of irrigation district ageing has been analysed and the framework and evaluation models of two evaluation systems of irrigation district ageing and structure damaging degree have been presented in this paper. The backward irrigation technology and management are also belong to irrigation district ageing. This view is first presented in irrigation ageing evaluation. The concept of evaluation based on irrigation area and structure grade is also presented.
