摘要
在人机协同机械手的体系结构、人机功能分析的基础上,针对某工程的实际需求,设计人机协同机械手并进行人机功能分配。为实现其信息集成,采用机电一体化的设计方法,并以人与机械手的信息交流为例,说明人机协同物流系统中信息集成的具体过程。
Aimed at the requirement of a project, a man-machine cooperation manipulator was designed based on its system structure and man-machine function analysis. Meanwhile,the system functions were allocated between man and manipulator, and in order to realize information integration in man-machine cooperation material handling system, a application method of mechatronics was discussed. Then an example is given to express one of the realization methods of information communication between man and manipulator.
