摘要
目的:前列通片的提取工艺及成品制备工艺研究。方法:通过正交试验以处方中金银花中所含主要成分绿原酸的提取量和出膏率为定量指标,确定合理的水提取工艺,同时确定成型工艺条件。结果:水提取最佳工艺条件是:加水量为6、4、4倍,提取3次,每次提取1h,出膏率及有效成分提取率均较高,且重现性较好。以糊精为填充剂,以60%乙醇为润湿剂,以羧甲基淀粉钠为崩解剂。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行,适合工业大生产要求。
Objective： To study the optimum extracting process and preparation of Qianlietong tablet. Methods：The proper extracting conditions are optimized by orthogonal tests with the amount of extracted chlorogenic acid as index. Results：The proper decocting condition： the proper extracting condition with water： the herbsare extracted with 6, 4 and 4 times for 3 times while 1 hours each time. Conclusion： Optimized process condition is scientific, stable and practicable in manufacture.
