摘要
通过测定低氢型焊条Ｊ５０７的药皮湿度和电容量的相关关系，发现在药皮湿度低于２．０％的范围内，焊条药皮的湿度值和电容量有很好的线性关系，由此可以通过测定焊条的电容量来确定焊条药皮的湿度．
By investigating the change in capacitance of the flux cover of the electrode withlow hydrogen J507 with the moisture capacity in the flux, it is found that, when the moisture in weight percents is less than 2. 0%, a good linearity exists between the capacitanceand the moisture capacity of the flux cover of the electrode. Thus, the moisture in the fluxcover of the electrode can be determined by measuring the capacitance of the latter.
