摘要
本文研究了在硼砂介质中,吡哌酸与四氯对苯醌生成稳定的1:1络合物,其最大吸收波长λmax=370nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε370=3.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1,本方法测定药物制剂含量与文献方法一致,回收率为99.25~100.3%,相对标准偏差为1.22%.
In this paper, pipemidic acid reacts with tetrachlorobenquinone in broax solution to form a stable complex. Its maximum adsorbent is at 370 nm, and ε=3. 3 ×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,According to it, the proposed method is applied to determination of pipemidic acid in tablets and capsules with satisfactory results. The method gives a relative standard deviation of 1. 22%,The recovery is 99. 25 ̄100.2%.
