摘要
景德镇陶瓷美术作品属于著作权法规定的美术作品，受著作权法的保护。但陶瓷美术作品具有一些不同于一般美术作品的特点。陶瓷美术作品的侵权假冒十分严重，如何有效地制止侵权，加大陶瓷美术作品的保护力度，是摆在人们面前的当务之急。完善的法律规定和公正及时的执法是景德镇陶瓷美术作品法律保护的良好外部环境；权利人对权利的重视和有效的法律利用是景德镇陶瓷美术作品著作权保护的重要手段。
Jingdezhen porcelain art articles belong to the art articles prescribed by the copyright Laws and under their protection. However porcelain art articles have some characteristics. That distinguish themselves from other art articles. It is necessary to prohibit piracy of and protect the porcelain art articles . The improvement and timely enforcement of legislature create a good ,environment for the protection of Jingdezhen Porcelain art articles. And their creator should also attach importance to their own rights and utilize relevant laws to protect their works.
