摘要
介绍了利用旋转模塑方法成型复合材料制品工艺。以玻璃毡为增强材料、191树脂为基体的旋转模塑成型圆管为例,讨论了固定方式、旋转速度、树脂加入量等因素对制品质量的影响。
It introduced the processing technology of the product from composite materials by means of rotational molding method. Take the 191 resin matrix circular pipe reinforced by glass fiber felt,which was processed by rotational moulding, for example, it discussed the influencing effects of fixation method, rotational speed and the amount of resin on product quality.
