摘要
ω—氯代丁烷基三乙氧基硅烷依次与气相法二氧化硅、甲硒基钠、氯化钯反应,接着用水合肼还原,合成了气相法二氧化硅负载的聚—ω—(甲硒基)丁烷基硅氧烷钯(0)配合物。该钯(0)配合物对丙烯腈及丙烯酸与芳基碘化物的Heck芳基化反应具有很高的催化活性,为各种(E)—肉桂腈和(E)—肉桂酸的立体选择合成提供了方便实用的新途径。
A silica - supported poly - ω - (methylseleno) butylsiloxane palladium (O) complex has been prepared form ω- chlorobutyltriethoxysilane via inanobilization on fumed silica, followed by reacting with sodium methylselenolate in ethanol and palladium chloride in acetone and then the reduction with hydrazine hydrate in ethanol. The complex is a highly active and stereoseleetive catalyst for arylation of aerylonitrih. Hence this paper present a simple and practical synthetic methed for the (E) - cinnamic and (E) - cinnamic acid.
