摘要
对于高频信号处理，高速、大时宽的Ａ／Ｄ变换器起到决定性作用。本文从芯片选择、硬件设计、软件优化三方面讨论了解决高速、大时宽数据采集存在的问题。具体实现利用ＴＭＳ４Ｃ１０５０芯片，基于微机的高速。
Width-time high-speed A/D converter is most important for high-frequency signal process. Considering chip choose, hardware design and software optimizes, we have finished a width-time high-speed A/D converter which utilized TMS4C1050 based on microcomputer.
