摘要
渐开线齿形链轮因与链条啮合时冲击小而应用于很多齿形链机构上,但是国内很少有人研究这种链轮的设计制造过程。渐开线链轮CAD软件给出了传动用齿形链各种节距下的渐开线链轮的二维图形以及加工仿真过程。基于VB6.0和AutoCAD,编写代码建立模型,给定刀具与毛坯之间的相互运动。利用AutoCAD软件所附带的实体或区域之间的布尔减运算,开发出一套渐开线链轮CAD软件,并进行了插齿刀和毛坯之间的加工仿真。
Because of the low meshing impact on the silent chain, involutes sprockets were widely used on the silent chain mechanism. However, the design and manufacture of involutes sprockets were studied by few domestic researchers. 2-D drawings of involutes sprockets and machined process were given in the software of involutes sprockets. Based on VB6.0 and AutoCAD, the involutes sprocket CAD software was developed through the code programming, the modeling, the relative movement confirming of the rack cut and the rough and Boolean operation of the solid or the region, Also the manufacture of the rack cut and the sprocket rough were simulated in the software.
