水灰比与应力水平对混凝土氯离子渗透性影响 被引量:10

摘要 通过加速氯离子渗透试验,测定阳极溶液中氯离子浓度,分析了水灰比、应力水平和渗透时间的关系。混凝土水灰比越大,氯离子渗透的非稳定阶段越短,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性越差;相同应力水平下,混凝土水灰比越大,混凝土的残余应变越大,应力水平从0.4fu提高到0.8fu,混凝土的残余应变明显增大;施加5次0.4fu重复应力后,氯离子渗透的非稳定阶段显著缩短,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性降低,施加5次0.8fu重复应力后,混凝土抗氯离子渗透性进一步降低。 The relationship between water to cement ratio, stress level and permeation time was analyzed through measuring the concentration of chloride ion in anode chamber of the accelerated chloride penetration test. The permeation time lag became shorter when the water to cement ratio increases, this decreased the chloride penetration resistance of concrete. The residual strain increased with the increment of water to cement ratio at the same stress level, and it increased obviously when the stress level rises from 0.4fu to 0.8fu (ultimate compressive strength). The application of 5 times 0.4fu decreased the permeation time lag and the chloride penetration resistance of concrete obviously. The application of 5 times 0.8./u decreased the chloride penetration resistance of concrete further than that of 5 times 0.4fu.
