摘要
采用超细r-Fe2O3粉界表面进行处理,利用苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯单体,采用悬浮聚合法和超声波技术,可以合成粒径为1μm左右的磁性微珠,该磁性微珠由超细磁粉、高分子材料和单抗功能基团组成。结果表明,磁性微珠具有很强耐酸碱性,可以作为蛋白吸附能力的聚合物磁性粒子。用于免疫学检测时的特异性、精密度、重复性、准确性均符合质量控制要求。
The magnetic microbeads with 1 μm diameter were synthesized by uhrafined γ-Fe2O3,cinnamene,diethylene benzene moncase combined suspend polymerize and ultrasonic technology. The magnetic are composcd of ultrafine magnetic powders, polymer and single antibody.
