碳纳米导静电涂膜的分散及耐油老化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 多壁碳纳米管由于很难分散为独立颗粒,因此作为涂料使用受到了一定的限制,而这些碳纳米管的许多潜在应用,如在极低的浓度下获得导电性,都与它的比表面积密切相关。因此碳纳米管分散性的好坏对其性能有决定性的影响。提出了一种既能提高分散性,又不破坏碳纳米管原有性能的方法,这种方法能够去除碳纳米管团块中的硅藻土等矿物,加入分散剂后形成稳定的胶体。还对碳纳米管导电涂层的耐油老化性能进行了分析研究,发现不同表面处理工艺对油在碳纳米管涂层的扩散系数影响很大,喷砂处理较打磨处理耐油性增加20%左右。另外还分析了涂料的固化条件及老化条件对涂层耐油性的影响。 The use of multi-walled carbon nanotubes for coatings applications has been quite limited because of problems associated with obtaining dispersions of individual tubes, The potential for unique properties associated with these materials, such as obtaining electrical conductivity at very low volume concentrations, is dependent upon exploiting their very large geometric aspect ratios. Therefore, dispersion quality has a direct relationship to performance. We have developed a novel dispersion technique that appears to yield high quality dispersions without significant damage to the nanotube properties. This teehnique involves the exfoliation of a diatomite clay in the presence of nanotube agglomerates forming a stable gel, followed by stabilization with a suitable dispersant. Film durability of carbon nanotube conductive coatings under oil attack also has been investigated. Variety methods of surface treatment influence the diffusion coefficient greatly. Compare with abrasive blasting and polish surface treatments, the durability of film under oil attack can increase about 20 % The curing condit ons of coatings and testing are also investigated.
