摘要
研究了以微孔金属镍膜构成的膜反应器.考察了微孔金属镍膜对环己烷脱氢反应混合气的透气性能及对反应转化率的影响。研究结果表明,苯、环己烷及氢在微孔金属镍膜的透过常数随温度的增加而加大,在220℃时,环己烷、苯、氢的透过常数之比为1:1.1:3.9,其透过常数较之一般的微孔膜高出1—2个数量级。在环己烷脱氢反应中,微孔镍膜反应器能明星移动化学平衡,在一定反应条件下,环己烷的脱氢转化率明显地随反应侧与吹扫侧流速的改变而改变。
The reaction of dehydrogenation of cyclohexane was studied in a microporous nickel membrane reactor. Gas permeation tests shows that the microporous nickel membrane has much higher gas permeability than that of other inorganic membranes and the permeability of hydrogen,benzene and cyclohexane increases with rise in temperature. The permeability ratio of cyclohexane, benzene and hydrogen is 1: 1. 1: 3. 9 at 220℃. Under certain reaction conditions, the rate of conversion apparentlychanges with the rate of both feed and sweep gas.
