摘要 回热加热器的建模是火电厂热力系统仿真的重要组成部分。该文给出了电站不同结构回热加热器动态过程的统一数学描述,建立了火电机组回热加热器动态过程数学模型。该数学模型能够反映回热加热器在全工况和故障工况下的动态特性,避免了用线性方法描述动态过程时由于大工况变动所造成的较大误差,因此具有较高的精度。该模型既可用于火电机组全工况下工程仿真分析,通过合理的简化和假设,又能满足实时仿真的要求,作为电站仿真培训系统的一个组成部分。文中通过仿真试验验证了前述模型的可用性。 Modeling of regenerative feed water heater is an important part of research in power plant simulation. In this paper the method of how to use the uniform mathematical equations to describe the different structures of regenerative feed water heater and how to model the mathematical building in order to describe dynamic process of it is presented. This mathematical models can reflect dynamic characteristic of regenerative feed water heater both in overall performance and accidental conditions, which can avoid lager errors when using the linear models to describe systems of large state changes, so it has higher accuracy. Not only it can be used for engineering analysis but also can be taken as a part of the training simulator because it meets the specifications of real time simulation. The validity of the models has been verified in this paper by simulation experiments.
