摘要
为了满足设备信息化管理的发展需要,文章建立了基于状态的设备管理信息模型,分析了设备运行数据分析处理、设备状态评估诊断、维修和备件计划触发、技术参数动态调整的信息流动过程。同时,基于该信息模型,结合中小型设备管理的特点,设计并实现了基于状态的点检设备管理系统,解决了其中四个关键技术问题:C/S与B/S混合模式的系统实现、按状态触发维修计划、基于统计和预测的备件动态管理和基于动态模型的维修定额制定。该系统已在大型钢铁企业投入实际应用。
In order to satisfy the development of equipment information management,an information model of equipment management is built.The model describes a dynamic and feedback information flow,which is composed of processing the running data,recognlzlng the equipment condition,making the maintenance plans or spare part plans and adjusting the technological parameters.Guided by the information model,a management system based on condltion,which serves equipments inspected by route,is developed.Durlng the development process,four crucial techniques are solved:integration of C/S and B/S in one system,maklng maintenance plans based on condition,dynamic spare part management based on statistic and prediction,and calculation of maintenance rations based on a dynamic model.The system has been applied to a steel enterprise.
