摘要
目的探讨腹腔注射A型肉毒毒素(BTA)对大鼠肠黏膜肥大细胞数量的影响。方法8周龄Wistar雄性大鼠40只随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组10只,A、B、C组分别腹腔注射含BTA4u、2u、1u的生理盐水2ml,D组为对照组,腹腔注射生理盐水2ml。4周后取大鼠回肠末段、回盲部、直肠标本行改良甲苯胺蓝染色测定肥大细胞数目。结果A、B组大鼠回肠末段、回盲部及直肠肥大细胞数量(个)[分别为(5.16±2.74)、(4.50±3.19);(3.83±1.78)、(3.33±2.50)和(7.00±2.53)、(7.50±3.29)]均明显少于D组[(11.16±4.48)、(8.50±3.04)、(13.66±4.83),各组P<0.05],而C组各部位计数与D组相比差异无统计学意义。结论腹腔注射A型肉毒毒素能够减少大鼠肠道肥大细胞数量。
Objective To investigante the effect on the count of intestinal mast cell in rats of botulinum toxin-A. Methods 40 Wistar rats of 8 weeks age were divided into four groups randomly and evenly. 4 units,2 units, 1 unit BTA was injected in every rat peritoneally in group A, B, C. D was control group. The samples of small intestine, ileocecal junction and distal colon was stained with toluidine blue improved staining method for mast cell at 4 weeks after injection. Results The counts of mast celt in all the samples in group A and B[small intestine (5.16 ± 2.74) and (4.50 ± 3.19) ; ileoceeal junction ( 3.83 ± 1.78) and ( 3.33 ± 2.50 ) ; distal colon ( 7.00 ± 2.53 ) and (7.50 ± 3.29 ), respectively] were smaller than those o{ group D[ (11.16 ± 4.48 ), (8.50 ± 3.04 ), ( 13.66 ± 4.83 ), P〈 0.05 ], but samples in group C were not effected. Conclusion Injection of botulinum toxin A in rats intraperitoneally can decrease the mast cell in intestine.
