摘要
介绍了DF8CJ交流传动内燃机车用JD123异步牵引电动机的设计原则、基本参数和结构特点,着重阐述轴承润滑系统、插入式小齿轮结构、防止转子导条断条等方面解决的关键技术问题和主要试验情况。通过两年多20万km的运行考核表明,JD123异步牵引电动机完全满足机车的总体要求,并具有较高的可靠性。
The design principle, basic parameters and structure characteristics are put forward for the JDI23 asynchronous traction motor for DFscJ AC-drive diesel locomotive. It is emphasized the key technical problems as bearing lubrication system, plug-in pinion structure and prevention of breakage of rotor conducting bar as well as the test status. More than two-year operation with 200 000 km odds indicates that the JD123 asynchronous traction motor fully meets the general requirement of the locomotive and features fairly high reliability.
