Effect of Ultrasonic Wave on Microstructure of Butadiene-Styrene Rubber From Solution Polymerization

摘要 研究了超声波辐照对正丁基锂/二乙二醇二甲醚/加氢汽油/丁二烯阴离子聚合产物微观结构的影响。实验表明,与无超声波辐照相比,较低温度下转化率降低。1H-NMR谱图表明,在超声波辐照下,共聚物的组成和微观结构均发生变化,苯乙烯含量及1,2-聚丁二烯含量降低,顺式/反式1,4-聚丁二烯比例发生逆转,在n(二乙二醇二甲醚)/n(正丁基锂)=0.8时,由顺式含量较高变为反式含量较高。 The effect of ultrasonic wave on microstructure of n-butyl lithium/diethylene glycol dimethyl ether(DME)/hydrogenated gasoline/butadiene anionic polymerization products is studied. The results showed that conversion of products at low temperature decreases as contrasted to the case without ultrasonic wave. The IH-NMR spectrum showed that with ultrasonic wave the composition and microstructure of the copolymer change, styrene and 1,2-polybutadiene content of copolymer decreases,the ratio of cis-polybutadiene to trans-polybutadiene reverses from high cis-polybutadiene content to high trans-polybutadiene content when n(DME)/n(n,butyl lithium)=0.8.
