摘要
目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗阴囊皮肤溃烂的疗效。方法:对1998年1月-2004年 12月收治的12例阴囊皮肤溃烂均全程采用湿润暴露疗法治疗。结果:11例治愈,随访局部无明显瘢痕,阴囊皮肤收缩功能正常。另一例不愈患者经病理检查确诊为湿疹样癌,经手术切除治愈。结论:MEBO具有局部止痛作用,同时可防治感染和促进阴囊皮肤溃烂创面愈合。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of MEBO in treating scrotal ulcers. Method： 12 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO in exposed way. Result： 11 cases were cured. No significant scar formed. The contraction function of the scrotal skin was normal. One case was diagnosed to have eczematous cancer and was subjected to operation. Conclusion： MEBO has local analgesic effect. It can prevent infection and promote healing of the ulcerated wound.
