摘要
根据准双曲面齿轮的啮合理论建立了切削准双曲面齿轮的几何模型.介绍了准双曲面齿轮刀具CAD的图形处理技术.采用几何体素构造法和变差几何法参数化实体造型来实现模型的快速实时生成,从而提高了运算速度,处理功能和应用的灵活性.
This article is to establish the geometric model for cutting hypoid gear, according to the engage theory of hypoid gear. And the technique for CAD hypoid gear's cutting tool graph aperation is introduced. Owing to used constructing solid geometry and change difference geometric parameter solid modelling, the solid can be generated quichly and promptly, thus promoting the speed of algorithm and operation, and the method is quite flexible.
