摘要
研制开发了基于激光传感原理的刀具几何参数测量仪,简要说明了测量系统的构成和基本原理。通过对钻头几何形状的测量实例,重点介绍了该测量仪实现三维测量的原理及特点。
A laser-sensor-based measuring instrument for cutting tool's geometric parameters is developed. The structure and principle of the measurement system are indicated. Taking the measurement of drill' s geometry as an example, the principle and characteristics of this laser measuring instrument used for 3D measurement are introduced emphatically.
