摘要
针对影响汽车动态称重精度的低频动态载荷问题,提出了基于非线性拟合的数据处理新方法.根据称重信号的特点,以Levenberg-Marquardt算法为基础,进行了去除低频动态载荷的仿真试验和实际信号试验.结果表明,该方法可以有效地降低低频动态载荷对称重精度的影响,车速小于14.5 km/h时的最大相对误差为3.46%.
The low frequency dynamic loads are the most important factors which affect measure accuracy of axle loads of running vehicles. It is difficult to separate the low frequency dynamic loads from useful signals. This paper presented a new method of processing data based on nonlinear curve-fitting. According to the features of weigh-in-motion of vehicles, a digital simulation and real experiments were carried out using Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. The result shows that the method of nonlinear curve-fitting is effective and the max relative error is 3.46% at speed less than 14.5 km/h.
