摘要
通过广泛引进和测配筛选旱稻资源,获得对野败不育系具有保持能力的外引旱稻品种“EAIC139-55-1-23”,该品种抗旱性强,品质好,系统选育获得一个稳定的选系,与野败型不育系杂交并进行多代回交,于2003年选育出性状优良,抗旱性强的优质节水抗旱稻雄性不育系“沪旱1A”。以“沪旱1A”为母本选配的“旱优2号”、“旱优3号”等杂交旱稻组合在节约水资源50%的栽培条件下仍表现出较强的增产潜力。
Through wide test cross of upland rice resources, an upland rice variety "EAIC139-55-1-23" with drought tolerance and high quality was identified, which has the ability to maintain WA CMS. A stable line was developed via pure line breeding. And by crossing with a WA CMS line and backcrossing for several generations, a CMS line with high grain quality and strong drought resistance, "Huhan 1A", was successfully developed in 2003. "Huhan 1A" was used as a female parent to develop two hybrid combinations, "Hanyou 2" and "Hanyou 3", which showed a high yield potential even under saving 50% irrigation water.
