从农业科研单位应对现代科技发展、保持专业学科可持续发展和构建和谐科研环境等方面论述了培育优秀科技团队的必要性,并从创造外部环境和优化内部机制方面提出了如何培育优秀科技团队的见解。
The necessity of fostering outstanding research teams in agricultural research organizations was discussed in the aspects of meeting challenges in the development of modem science and technology, sustainedly developing research subjects and disciplines, and building up a harmonious environment for research work, and then some suggestions how to foster outstanding research teams were put forward in terms of creating a favorable external environment and optimizing internal management system.
