摘要
室内筛选蛇床子素和Bt复配配方,发现配方Osthol∶Bt=1∶25增效作用最明显,对小菜蛾有较好的防效。对复配药剂进行毒性测定表明:1%蛇床子素.8 000 IU/μLBt对大鼠急性经口、经皮的LD50♂>5 000 mg/kg,♀>5 000 mg/kg,属微毒类农药。田间小区试验结果表明:不同倍数的蛇床子素1号在施药后3 d7、d对小菜蛾的防效分别为81.63%、83.39%;78.62%、81.77%和72.34%、75.74%,均高于对照药剂16 000 IU/mgBt、1%蛇床子素水乳剂和10%高效氯氰菊酯乳油。
The mixture, Osthol： Bt = 1 ： 25, which had a better control effect on Plutella xylostella, was selected through the laboratory experiment. The toxicity test for the mixture showed that it belongs in little toxic pesticides because its oral and dermal LD50 for mice were both higher than 5 000 mg/kg. The plot experiments showed that the 3 and 7 days control efficiencies of 3 different dilution mixtures on Plutella xylostella were 81.63% and 83.39%, 78.62% and 81.77%, 72.34% and 75.74% respectively, which were higher than those of 16 000 IU/mg Bt , 1% Osthol water emulsion and 10% Cypermethrin emulsion.
