摘要
在牛顿环实验的基础上利用平-凸透镜代替平板玻璃,观察到不同疏密程度的等厚干涉图样,并对不同平-凸透镜的曲率半径进行测量和计算,分析不确定度,为薄膜干涉法测量平-凸透镜的曲率半径提供了一种新的途径.
Based on Newton ring experiment, the plate-convex lens replaced the plate glasses, the interference patterns with different densities but the same thickness were found out. Curvature radius of plate-convex lens was measured and calculated. Their uncertainty was analyzed. A new method to measure curvature radius of plate-convex lens was put forward by using the film interference technique.
