葛根总黄酮及大强度耐力训练对大鼠体内糖和脂肪代谢的影响 被引量:4

Study of Radicles Puerarire Total Flavone and Intensive Treadmill Training on the Glycogen Storage and Fat Metabolism of Rats

摘要 以成年雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,通过递增强度跑台训练建立大强度耐力训练运动模型,研究葛根总黄酮对大强度耐力训练大鼠机体糖储备和脂肪代谢的影响.研究结果显示:葛根总黄酮可调节运动大鼠胰岛素、胰高血糖素和生长激素的分泌,促进脂肪分解,提高大鼠血液游离脂肪酸(FFA)和骨骼肌FFA的含量,节省糖原的消耗. The objects of study are SD rats. By progressively increasing the intensity of treadmill training, the maximum intensive endurance exercise models were set up to study the effect of radicles puerarire total flavone on the glycogen storage and fat metabolism. The result showed that radices puerarire total flavone could adjust the insulin, the glucagon and the excretion of growth hormone, accelerate fat dissolution, raise FFA in blood and muscle, and economize the consumption of glycogen.
