The data warehouse can manage and recombine a great deal of dispersive data in statistical industry to analyze and make decision later. Firstly, it introduces definition of data storehouse and improved three-layer system construct. Secondly it tells designing procedure, realizing methods and application steps. In the end, it forecasts application foreground. It makes some deal to improve the decision and analysis levels of statistical industries.
