摘要
本文研究冷轧生产线瓶颈环节冷轧机组的生产批量计划问题,机组加工多种物料向不同下游机组供应,同时兼顾机组调整费用和库存容量限制等约束条件,建立了确定冷轧机组生产批量的优化模型,构造了物料加工优先规则集并开发了算法进行求解,最后以实际生产数据证明了算法的有效性。
To research the lot sizing planning of the Continuous Desealing and Cold-wiling Mill (CDCM) and its downstream machines, which is the bottleneck in cold wiling production management, we analysis the characters of the problem such as the continuity of the production and inventory limitations. A mathematical model is built to determining the lot sizing planning on CDCM. An algorithm which based on the rules set is developed to solving practical problems. The computational results indicate the algorithm's effectiveness and adaptability with the data getting from the production practices.
