摘要
简要介绍了企业资源计划的现状、实施目标、软件系统、特点、经济效益及其存在的问题和风险防范,指出国内企业在应用ERP软件时,由于管理理念和管理机构不同,需要磨合期。
Brief introduction is given to the current status, execution aim, software system, performance, economic profit as well as the problems plus the counter-measures thereof, conclusion is made that there is a phrase-in period for the execution of the ERP software in China due to the difference of the management and the organization.
